(i) the date obtained the relevant Internet Transaction;
(ii) company trade name;
(iii) the card type;
(iv) amount of the Transaction;
(v) the currency the transaction was processed in;
(vi) the order number;
(vii) a detailed description of the goods sold and/or services provided;
(viii) the contact name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number

(i) Display of company's trade name;
(ii) a complete description of goods or services (e.g. voltage requirements, measurement scale, clothing size protocol, etc.);
(iii) your return/refund policies;
(iv) all customer service contact information (e.g. e-mail address, telephone numbers )
(v) the country and the transaction currency (e.g. Canadian Dollars, US Dollars, etc.);
(vi) export restrictions (if applicable);
(vii) our delivery policy
(viii) the country in which we are officially registered and located.

(i) the database is in a physically secured (locked) room;
(ii) access is restricted to staff on a business need only basis;
(iii) database access is password protected;
(iv) the default database, web server and system passwords and access privileges are changed on a monthly basis;
(v) the default database product encryption key are changed on an annual basis;
(vi) the database backups are afforded proper physical safekeeping and access is limited to authorized staff only;
(vii) obsolete database backups are properly erased to ensure that card data cannot be recovered;
(viii) the database used to store card data is not resident on the Web server and is not
(ix) addressable/accessible from the Internet;
(x) unused services on the Web server (e.g. various other communication protocols) have been disabled or removed;
(xi) a router or firewall is installed between the Web server and the Internet to screen out protocols (e.g various other communication protocols) that are not required for Internet commerce); and
(xii) such other requirements as we may reasonably require.
